What is the Powersports Industry? Powersports products are made up of Motorcycles, ATV's, Side by Sides (UTV's) and Personal Watercraft. Basically, selling powersports is selling FUN!

BIG#1 Motorsports is looking for a high energy, motivated Sales Associates to grow the business! Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell vehicles, have fun and make money! Your passion to generate sales for new and used powersports products will be rewarded through an aggressive, uncapped earnings potential, commission driven pay plan.

No experience is required, we can train you on sales and product, but we can't train you to DESIRE SUCCESS; that must come from with-in. If you have a desire to succeed, then this is a great opportunity! We provide robust support throughout your career so that you can continue to grow, challenge yourself, and achieve success. There will be excellent opportunities for growth and advancement as over 90% of our current managers were promoted from within!

Desired qualifications include:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficient computer skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work in call center environment.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies and procedures.

- Professional appearance and demeanor

Sales Position Description:

- Meet and Greet customers on the floor or through inbound phone calls and emails

- Log customer data into a CRM

- Follow up with customers periodically through outbound phone calls, emails and text messages

- Help guide customers through the decision-making process of choosing the right vehicle

- Negotiate sales deals and close customers

- Nurture your customer base for repeat sales and referrals

Hours are Tuesday - Friday 9am to 6pm -or- 10am to 7pm (two shifts are run)

Saturdays 9am to 6pm
