Chris Myers Automall, in Daphne, Al., has an opening for a Receptionist/Greeter, part-time.
PURPOSE OF POSITION The purpose of the Receptionist/Greeter is to ensure an excellent customer experience. The Receptionist/ Greeter will greet customers as they enter the dealership and introduce them to the appropriate employee. And the Receptionist/ Greeter will answer inbound telephone calls.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Greets clients as they enter the dealership. Offers hospitality, determines customer needs, locates, appropriate personnel, introduces customer to appropriate employee. Keeps log of showroom traffic and facilitates data entry in CRM. Other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS This job requires "people" skills and a genuine desire to service the customer. A positive attitude and willingness to be a team member are essential to this position.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE A high school diploma or GED, and one to three months experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
