Hiring Full-Time Maintenance Technician: Brand New 96 unit apartment community in Prattville, AL is looking for an organized and customer friendly service person. HVAC certification and CPO license is encouraged, but not required. Must be competent in basic electrical, basic plumbing, appliance repair and carpentry. Must be willing to handle all daily duties of the community which include light janitorial, minor landscaping and resident work orders. Very friendly work team awaits a new organized team member. Competitive hourly pay up to 18.00 plus depending on experience, full benefits with 401k and a traditional corporate match.
