Part-time to Full-time.
1. Transporting and guarding Department of Corrections inmates to medical appointments. Transportation hours are mostly daytime hours and early morning runs. The length of the transportation run depends on the type of Dr. visit or procedure.
2. Hospital Sitting with inmates while recovering from procedures. We are offering two different opportunities to work with our company. We have different shifts to accommodate for part time or full time work.
Hospital Sitting hours are for (24/7) coverage, broken down in multiple shifts.
Specific Skill Requirements and Essential Job Functions:
Must pass drug test.
Must pass 16 hr. training course provided by our company at no cost to you.
Must have handgun experience and must be capable of passing NRA certification.
Must be able to apply to the Alabama Security Regulatory Board (ASRB).
Must have pistol permit. .
Prefer security guard experience or prior military, DOC, or police officer experience.
Must have reliable transportation.
2 Uniforms and equipment are provided at no cost to you.
Transportation officers must have a valid driver's license.
Work is in the Montgomery area.
