Tasks expected to be completed (not full list):
Provide clerical support and organization for executive staff.
Represent a positive image of school and executive staff to employees and public.
Responsible for revisions to procedural manuals, handbooks, including employee handbook
Responsible for purchasing and cost analysis and inventory control for office supplies, and materials.
Oversee the daily credit card and cash reconciliation and the weekly cash deposit. Tracking the excel deposit sheets to tie to the entries in QuickBooks.
Consult with executive staff daily to review and update projects, schedules and activities.
Set up new employee files, revise and maintain all personnel forms, files, and procedures.
Meet with new employees regarding the Alaska Career College Health benefits, Simple IRA Plan, PTO policy.
Update and report on Campus Crime and Drug policies annually disbursing to all faculty and students.
Collect employee payroll information and prepare preliminary payroll reports, working with our outsource firm.
Responsible for maintaining administrative accounts receivables and payable filing system.
Associate Degree preferred but not required
