Controller and Operations
Our Tech company is currently seeking a Controller/Operations Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for QuickBooks financial records for our company. Including General Ledger, Banking, Payroll, A/R, A/P , Inventory
Responsibilities:
Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
Compute and record numerical data
Check the accuracy of business transactions
Perform data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Quickbooks software and accounting, 5+ years
Fundamental knowledge of Accounting
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Banking Knowledge - Wires, ACH, Bill Pay, downloads and matching to QB
Bank and General Ledger Reconciliations
Accounts Payable entries and payments
Invoicing and A/R deposits/entries
Position Compensation - 65,000- $80,000 DOE
PTO and Health and Dental after 90 days
Regular in Office Salary Hours are 9am - 5pm
