We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes, in addition to solidifying customer relationships and increasing sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

- Assist with document preparation, formatting, and proofreading

- Customer Service and sales, Handling incoming questions regarding services and providing viable options

- Assist with needs of Operations and Ownership.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be Bilingual

5 years Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.

Advanced customer service skills

Proficient in using computer applications such as Excel, Word, Scheduling is a must

Ability to multi-task

Strong ability to communicate effectively in written format

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain records with the highest level of accuracy

Strong typing skills with accuracy and attention to detail
