Job Responsibilities:
- Responding to Customer Service Requests- Service Calls
- Preforming routine maintenance on customer equipment
- Diagnose and repair issues related to system performance or failure
- Installation of new HVAC equipment
- Upselling skills is a plus
- Knowledge of SmartServ Dispatch software a plus as you will be using Ipad or Iphone to
invoice and manage all jobs. Simple
Job Requirements
- High School or equivalent
- 3 years minimum HVAC experience is required
- Comprehensive Refrigerant Troubleshooting Experience a plus
- Residential & Commercial HVAC Service Experience
- Clean Driving Record and a valid active Arizona Driver's License
- EPA Certification is a plus
- Be able to complete background screening and drug test
