Canyon View Properties is hiring for a Leasing Consultants to float between Properties and if you have the drive and desire needed for this fast paced career then we would love for you to join our TEAM.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Leasing Professionals primary responsibilities will be for the overall success of daily operations and must be committed to providing a high level of service to our residents and prospective residents.
Works closely with the management team to effectively manage activities such as leasing, resident retention, and customer service.
Follows up on prospects and residents on leases and renewals
Performs leasing activities, including generating traffic, responding to telephone and internet inquiries, greeting prospective residents, touring prospective residents, qualifying prospects, and closing the sale by obtaining rental application and deposit.
Preferred but not required Skills:
Multi-family housing experience or strong sales and customer service experience
Knowledge of, and ability to use Microsoft Office application software and Realpages One Site or Yardi experience a plus.
Knowledge and compliance with community rental information and Federal, State and Local Fair Housing guidelines
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to residents, vendors and all TEAM members.
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Great organization skills and an understanding of social media and marketing
