Well established, Eureka business of more than 40 years is seeking a full-time bookkeeper. This position is onsite only, Mon-Fri 8-5 and pay is DOE. Health benefits and vacation pay will be offered after a trial period.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Accounts payable
Accounts receivable
Reconcile bank accounts
Payroll and maintenance of employee records
Electronic tax filings
Compile, sort and file documents, invoices, work orders, checks etc.
Prepare month end closing and financial reports
You should have verifiable practical bookkeeping experience and significant experience with Quickbooks.
You must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screening and have professional references.
