BT Metals is seeking an Experienced Welder/Fabricator.
Required Skills.
1. At least 3 years Fabrication experience.
2. Ability to work with differing alloys: steel, aluminum, stainless.
3. Ability to MIG and Stick weld.
4. Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints and other written instructions and plans.
Mandatory Requirements
1. Possess a valid CA Driver's License and ability to use a forklift
2. Ability to work in a loud environment with grinding, welding , drilling , hammering, and pounding
3. Physical ability to bend, reach, and lift 50 to 100 pounds repeatedly and be on your feet all day
4. You must begin work on time and have regular attendance
5. You must be willing to work overtime as requested
6. You will be asked to pass a drug test
You will be asked to perform a welding test and should be prepared to do so upon request. This position has the opportunity to grow into a supervisory or management position for the right candidate. Please email a resume and references.
