Looking for an Experienced Individual with good handyman, craftsman skills for Long Term Employment to maintain properties ; do vacancy repairs for a Real Estate Management Company.
Must have minimum 5 years hands on experience for trades such as:
Framing, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Carpentry , Tile, Concrete, Stucco, Flooring, Block Wall, Welding trades.
Individuals with Multiple Trade Experiences Primarily Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Framing along with other trades are plus and are required for apartment maintenance and rehab construction work.
Must have valid Drivers License, Own tools, and reliable Transportation.
No Criminal or Drug History or DUI please.
Should be Pleasant, Bond-able, Reliable, Stable, Clean Work Habits,Trustworthy and Dependable.
Must be able to communicate and work with others.
Bilingual with English/Spanish helpful, Most work will be in South bay, Long Beach areas.
