0-2 Year Associate Attorney - Will Train (Los Angeles)

California, Los angeles 00000 Los angeles USA

Vacancy expired!

Our growing personal injury law firm located in the Mid-Wilshire area seeks a HUNGRY lawyer to negotiate personal injury claims on behalf of injured clients. The firm currently has two partners and three associates in addition to our staff members.

Never pictured yourself as a personal injury lawyer? Neither did we!

Before we started our practice, one of our partners confidently believed the last field of law he would practice is personal injury. That all ended when he became a lawyer and quickly learned how insurance companies take advantage of unrepresented claimants or claimants that do not have great legal representation. That is when he discovered his passion to represent the underdog. Now he can't imagine doing anything else.

The other partner worked for two big civil litigation firms and hated it. Didn't have his weekends, nor did he feel that he was making a difference for his clients.

If you became a lawyer to make a difference in your client's life and to make sure your client does not get the shorter end of the stick, this will be the perfect place for you. If you are looking to go to court, write motions all day and not have any client communication, this is not for you.

Like your weekends? Keep them. You will not be required to work on the weekends and will not have to bill hours.

Don't like research and writing? The position will not require much case law research or motion/memo writing.

Prior experience is not necessary. We are looking for the right candidate to train.
