Position Overview : Responsible for providing the highest levels of customer spa service. The ideal candidate for this position has a Cosmetologist or Manicurist license in California. Knowledgeable in all facets of acrylic, hard gel, nail care, gel polish, nail art by hand, stamping, Swarovski, chrome is a plus! Must have a big desire to work in the beauty industry and to keep improving in nail care techniques, be driven, have an upbeat personality, stylish dress code, makeup, speech, and behavior.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to : Follow all company procedures and policies.Willing to continuously learn and grow. Perform services as requested, including Acrylic nails, gel manicure, spa pedicure. Staff training Up-selling products and services. Personal appearance is clean and professional at all times. Clean and organize work area following each client and at the end of each business day. Maintaining salon's Sanitation and appearance. Great work ethic. Likes to work with people. Ability to build, engage and retain customers. Checking clients in and out. Setting appointments. Performing additional duties as required.
