We are "Here's The Thing", a small video crew that makes short comedy sketches & movie parodies that we release on all social media platforms. We've been doing this a couple of years now and are starting to finally find our footing and focus on bigger projects like short films, that being said, we'd still like to direct some attention to creating our smaller projects. And that's where you come in! We are currently looking for writers who will be able to send us 1-3 sketches or movie parodies per week. Unfortunately we are an extremely independent group, so we won't be able to offer you compensation. :(
However, we will absolutely credit you on all social media platforms & include you in the creative process. From filming, to editing, to previewing the sketch before official release. Basically, we're looking for someone who has some funny ideas and can put pen to paper often enough to pump out a couple of 1-3 page (30 seconds - 3 minutes total run time) sketches a week. We also have a green screen accessible so feel free to let your imagination run wild.
