MAINTENANCE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Part-Time Possible Full-Time
Some related experience working in maintenance work at an apartment or hotel required. Strong repair skills with the following:
Plumbing: toilets, sinks, showers, carpentry, flooring, cabinets, and baseboards. Electrical: Light switches, ceiling fans & light fixtures. Dry wall, paint, texture, stucco and janitorial
Responsible for:
Assisting in the preparation of rooms for occupancy by completing maintenance, painting and other repairs.
Completing request for service, taking appropriate action to repair/restore service with established quality and time standards.
Assisting with maintaining cleanliness of grounds and surrounding areas with quality and attention to detail.
