SEEKING EXPERIENCED HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIANS:
We are a licensed and well-established HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance company
that has served residential, commercial, and industrial clients of Merced County for over 30
years.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking to fill a position in the air conditioning and heating service field, to provide our
customers with professional diagnostic service, repairs, maintenance, and cleanings on their
HVAC systems. This position is hands-on and should be considered physically intensive in that
will require capability of heavy lifting and maneuvering through tight crawl spaces and other
inhospitable environments to perform the necessary work in a diligent manner. Typical work
hours are Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:00pm with morning and afternoon paid breaks, lunch breaks, and
overtime. PTO and Sick Pay benefits after your first year of employment. Kyhn’s also provides
its employees Paid Holiday Time Off of 8 hours of normal wage rate every Thanksgiving,
Christmas, and New Year’s Day and Unpaid Holiday Time Off on Veteran's Day, Memorial Day,
Labor Day, and 4th of July.
REQUIRED:
Ability to perform job description above
Prior hands on experience in HVAC diagnostic and repairs
A CA driver's license and clean driving record
A friendly and professional demeanor for speaking with customers face to face
Punctuality
High school level literacy in reading and writing
BONUS POINTS:
Bilingual in English/Spanish.
Experience working any of the other skilled trades of construction/remodel.
EPA Certification
