Summer is already here in Southern California and business is booming! We want to add an experienced and enthusiastic HVAC technician to our team!
Our company is based in Brea and serves the greater Orange Country area. We have been in business for 10+ years and thrive on a healthy repeat-business (commercial maintenance) customer base and referral network to keep us busy. We have fun at work whenever we can, but keep it professional and efficient.
Requirements:
Must be NATE certified
Must have Universal EPA Certification
Must have at least 3+ Years of hands-on experience in HVAC with at least 1 year in Residential and 1 year in Commercial
Must have/own ALL proper tools to perform the repairs (we have a reimbursement plan)
Must be able to work independently and also work alongside foreman or with another technician.
Must have a valid Driver's License and a good driving record
Must have proven dependability, reliability, accountability and integrity
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills to work with both Residential and Commercial customers.
Must commit to flexible shifts and/or schedule starting as early as 6AM or working as late at 7PM Monday through Friday and also on weekends during peak seasons. Overtime anticipated during peak season but schedule can go down to 20-30 hours per week, on occasion, during off-season.
Must pass pre-employment fit-for-duty physical, drug screen, MVR, and criminal/employment/education background check
Must be willing and able to present clean and properly filled out paperwork for each maintenance request (written and spoken communication in English is required).

Compensation: Dependent on Experience and Level of Expertise in Industry
