SERVICES NEEDED: Main Services
Initial Property Inspection & Securing (Lock changes, digital locks, lock box), Cash For Keys & Negotiation,
Janitorial, trash outs, and landscaping: (Tree trimming, weed removal, yard work)
Grass Cuts
Trailers or big pickup trucks needed for Trash out Jobs
Computer literacy is a must: SMART PHONE, Email, zip file, re-size, Camera, texting. .
EXTRA WORK SERVICES:
Window and door board ups:
Winterization
Interior & Exterior Paint, Flooring, Carpet & repairs:
I also need the crew to have a person that will keep in communication with me, take before, during and after pictures of all work, knowledgeable in email and Internet
I will train. Serious Candidates only! I need hard workers who are dependable, patient, and eager to work.
COMMUNICATION IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT- Texting, smart phones, cameras, Internet, emailing is needed DAILY.
Payments are made per job as a 1099 Contractor
The most important is the pictures of jobs being done for the banks. They must also be turned in ON TIME. If you are not familiar with this process, please do not reply to this post.
