Our team is expanding, and we are HIRING for a Recruitment Systems Manager! This is a fast-paced job where leading people and knowing your way around a computer is a must! We're looking for a charismatic individual who has experience in sales and/or recruitment.

WHO ARE WE:
We offer unique services to adults with disabilities in California. The two services we provide are Supported Living and Independent Living. Our services give people with disabilities the opportunity to live independently in their own home rather than living in a group home or institution. Our services also provide jobs for over 400 staff members! Our recruitment operation is expanding and we're hiring a Recruitment Systems Manager. The Recruiting Systems Manager's (RSM) mission is support the overall organization by developing and leading the recruitment processes and implementation of recruitment innovations. Activities include: hiring, training, managing and directing regional recruiters (Team Builders, TB's), developing recruitment strategies and activities, and ensuring all job vacancies are filled.
JOB DETAILS:
The salary range for this position is between $55k-$65k per year + quarterly bonuses up to 4k a year. Hours are M-F 8am-5pm. We currently service 5 counties in California and we're expanding. The Recruitment Systems Manager would need to travel to each region on a monthly basis.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR THE BEST. HERE IS WHAT WE LIKE TO SEE:
-a. BA/BS Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Human Services, Social Science or general studies with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in clerical experience, including office coordination, data entry, HR assistance, recruiting and hiring, and marketing | A Masters Degree | 3 years running a sales-based team, with some aspect of compensation directly tied to production | OR a reasonable combination of the above education and experience requirements.
-Drivers license, reliable vehicle, valid auto insurance, and acceptable DMV record
-TB test, Drug test and Fingerprint/ Background check clearance (We pay!)
-Eligible to work in the U.S.
