This position is responsible for locating lien holder's members and vehicles which are currently in repossession status. This is an office position, no field work. No collections or sales, however this position does involve outbound phone contact with customers, repossession agencies and clients.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
Gather, analyze or evaluate information from a variety of sources.
Perform in depth people/vehicle location searches.
Work with repossession agents over the phone to secure vehicles in repossession status.
Managing the repossession process for clients.
Make phone contact with customers, field agents.
Update clients weekly on progress of each repossession file.
Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Office
Ability to type 45+ wpm
Strong communication skills
Punctuality / good attendance
Must be able to interact with clients and repossession agencies via phone/email.
Phone skills and a friendly demeanor
Must pass criminal background check.
Compensation:
Hourly and commission.
Average pay $45,000-$80,000 per year
Monday - Friday (No weekends)
Paid Sick Time
Paid Vacation (PTO)
