General Contractor Looking for Skilled Construction Worker

In search of a skilled residential remodel tech. We are looking for someone who enjoys what they do and has the skills to match their positive attitude. Preferred to have experience in framing, finish carpentry, light plumbing and electrical, rental property turns, bathroom remodels, tenant-occupied home service calls, water damage, fire damage, mold remediation and painting. We do kitchen, bathroom and whole house remodels, new build spec houses & room additions and insurance remediation work . We are looking for a full-time employee. Must have your own truck and tools. (tools needed to do a remodel project) Must be able to lift heavy objects. We are looking for a professional person that knows how to work in a home owner environment. Clean and has good communication skills A person that is organized and can get tasks done on time. Work locations will be in El Dorado, Placer & parts of Sacramento County. Subject to random drug testing. Must have a valid ID, must be able to pass a background check. PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE
