Overview:
This position is for a full-time office manager, to manage busy tax resolution office and seasoned tax preparer, with knowledge of preparing individual and corporate tax returns.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years’ experience preparing individual and corporate returns.
Preferred Enrolled Agent or CPA license, but not a must depending on experience.
Preferred Knowledge of ProSeries tax software
All licensing and CPE credits must be current.
Proven experience as an Office manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Strong organizational and planning skills in fast-paced environment
A creative mind with ability to suggest improvements
