Automation Personnel Services Inc. is now hiring for Dispatchers/ Office administrators in Otay Mesa.
This position is for an entry level Tracking Agent and involves tracking freight movement via carrier websites, phone & email communication with destination stations within the Pilot Network, and providing updates to customers on the status of their shipments via email. Starting out there will also be approx. 4-5 hours a week of some basic office administration duties such as scanning and filing.
Minimum Requirements:
Bilingual ( English/Spanish)
Above Average typing speed (45-50 WPM)
Detail Oriented
Follows direction well
Strong Communication Skills: Articulate & comfortable/confident speaking over to phone as well as communicating via email.
Some experience with EXCEL
Reliable means of transportation
At least 1 year of experience in office administrative position
High school Diploma or equivalent
Quick Learner
Preferred:
55-60 WPM
2-3 years of experience in an office admin position.
Associates degree or higher
Shift: Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm + Overtime
Pay Rate: $16.00
