Were looking for an engineer that has a passion for working with the latest technologies, loves to solve problems, focused on delivering solutions that solve customers business challenges, and thrives in a team environment. We have many engineers that had many years of Microsoft IT environments, but were mostly traditional on-premises solutions and didnt have much cloud experience. We know cloud and can teach you, but you need to have the drive and passion to learn the future of IT services. If you learn by building out labs, trial and error, and love to pick the brains of smart people, then it sounds like youd be a cool fit!
What youll do
Deliver solution that aligns with the customers business needs and requirements (discuss benefits and risks)
Audit and assess existing messaging infrastructure for preparation to Office 365/Exchange Online
Perform mail migrations from source (Exchange, Google, Office 365) to Office 365/Exchange Online
Perform file migrations from source (File Servers, Google, Office 365) to Office 365/OneDrive
Create and configuration Office 365 as a source location based on patterns and practices defined by Agile IT
Deploy and configure AD Connect to connect local Active Directory with Azure Active Directory based on Agile IT processes and automation
Assist in the development of detailed project implementation plans per project along with other Agile IT team members
Work together with a department project coordinator to successfully complete a project
Provide configuration recommendation and assistance to other solution deployment team members

Your Experience and Abilities
Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) administration (Forests/Domains/Group Policy)
Microsoft Exchange administration and operations
Common Messaging Technologies and Standards: DNS, SMTP, SSL/TLS, Mailflow
Microsoft Office client deployment/configuration, profiles, and troubleshooting
Windows client deployment, operations, and troubleshooting
Nice to have
Utilizing products from BitTitan (MigrationWiz, DeploymentPro)
Ability to execute PowerShell scripts with minor customizations. Strong PowerShell scripting (From scratch, optimization, using GitHub clones) is highly desired
Active Directory migration projects including ADMT migrations, AD LDS, and LDAP
SAML 2.0 and cloud SSO providers such as Azure AD Premium, Okta, or ADFS
Configure Exchange Hybrid and integrate third-party applications into mail flow
