We are looking for a Roofing Foreman with experience in Single Ply TPO Membrane Roofing Systems. This position comes with a Work Truck and a Company Gas Card.
Must be willing to undergo a background check.

Must be willing to undergo a physical.
Areas of knowledge examples are:
Roof Preparation: A clean and smooth surface is prepared to lay the TPO membrane.
Insulation Attachment: Rigid board insulation is fastened to the roof substrate to provide a stable layer beneath the TPO membrane.
Membrane Roll-Out: The TPO membrane is rolled out carefully, with attention paid to proper alignment and overlap areas for welding.
Seam Welding: Hot air welds the overlapped seams together, creating a watertight bond.
Detail Work: Areas around roof penetrations and edges are meticulously finished to ensure complete weatherproofing.
Final Inspection: A thorough check is performed to ensure all TPO roof parts are securely installed and welded.
