We are looking for a full-time preschool teacher to come work with us who is passionate, flexible, nurturing, collaborative and capable of contributing to a rich learning environment and have a love of children. Our school serve children ages 2 years -5 years.
The perfect candidate will have 12 ECE units. The best candidate will also have some teaching experience and be full of enthusiasm, compassion, strong values and work ethic, as well as a commitment to building a strong learning community and environment.
We are a licensed, year-round facility. We offer paid vacation/school closure (about 30 days /year), 10 sick days/year and health benefits for all full-time employees (approx. 38 hrs. per week) as well as a SIMPLE IRA retirement savings plan. Our pay is competitive within the Santa Barbara area. Hourly rate is dependent on ECE education and experience, ranging from $22- $28 per hour.
Fingerprint and background check, TB test and documentation of required immunizations are required before employment begins.
