Les Marchands is a busy American Bistro located in the Funk Zone. We serve dinner 7 nights a week and Brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Our cuisine is inspired by local produce and seafood, and we change our menu often to reflect products at their peak. We make as much as we can in house including; charcuterie, cheese, pickles, hot sauce, fermented vegetables, pasta and more. We are looking to hire several cooks immediately for morning and evening shifts. This is a great opportunity for solid cooks looking to take their skills to the next level and grow with an expanding company. Minimum 3 years experience and weekend availability required.
