Mesa Burger is currently hiring Cashiers and Line Cooks, for two locations!
Must be at least 18 years old. Must be a self-starter. Must care deeply about our guests' experience! Must be generally likeable. Must have great attention to detail. Must be willing to clean things. Must be able to memorize a menu. Must be able to multi-task. Must be able to find things to do when everyone else is saying, "There's nothing to do." Must know how to hustle. Must actually hustle. Must have, or have the ability to obtain a food handler's certificate. Must have reliable transportation. Must be awesome!

Mesa Burger is the collaboration of a neighborhood, who along with award-winning chef Cat Cora, visionary Chris Chiarappa, and manager Pixie Saavedra, have created a place that offers you something different. Designed with the heart and soul to reflect the casual goodness that we are accustomed to, Mesa Burger is your new family table.
We offer gourmet, handcrafted burgers, farm fresh salads, locally-brewed beers, Santa Barbara County wine, and ice cream in scoops, hand-spun shakes, and ice cream cookie sandwiches. Our produce is sustainably grown, ingredients are conscientiously sourced, and sauces are made fresh daily. The beef burgers are fresh, locally produced USDA Choice custom blend, served on a brioche bun. We also have a selection of turkey, chicken, fish, vegan / vegetarian burgers.
Cat Cora is the taste of Mesa Burger. Cat trained in France with two three-star Michelin chefs before blazing her own trail through the culinary world as the first female Iron Chef on Food Networks Iron Chef America in 2005, and as the first female inducted into The American Academy of Chefs Culinary Hall of Fame. Cats life-long passion for quality food is matched only by her desire to give back to her Santa Barbara neighborhood.
