Job Description

This role is for a local Marketing & Technology Agency. You will assist the Executive, Sales, and Operations Teams. Ultimately identifying and address the needs of the executive team and prioritizing tasks to ensure our companys workflow runs smoothly. Reporting and working directly with the CEO. This position is for someone who is proactive, highly organized, cares to attend to details, is an excellent communicator, and eager to work in an exciting and fast-paced marketing agency.

Objectives

- Ensure the CEOs business life is optimized and fully supported.

- Assist the Executive, Sales & Operations Teams as directed by the CEO.

- Follow all protocols and procedures.

- Learn the inner working of a creative marketing agency.

- Work in a fast-paced office environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Scheduling & Communications for the CEO.

- Act as the point of contact between executives and staff, clients, partners, vendors.

- Greet clients, answer office phones, direct calls to the appropriate person, scheduling and assigning meetings.

- Facilitate internal communications as needed including calendar events, meetings, and calls.

- Suggest efficiencies for internal communications, staff interactions, and office systems.

- Participate for context in Business Development, Sales, Operations & Production Meetings when invited by the CEO.

- Office management related duties including but not limited to designing filing systems, and filing documents; managing supply requests; equipment & supplies procurement; party/event planning; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.

Background & Skills Required

- Proficient in Google Suit, web apps, and digital project management tools.

- Excellent writing and verbal communications skills.

- Must be client facing and client services oriented.

- 1-3 years of experience supporting a CEO and/or other C-Level executives.

- Some experience in sales and business development.

- Organizational, detail oriented, and a clear communicator.

- Punctuality and professionalism is a must.

- BA/BS from a four-year university or other college.
