Positions are available in Santa Ynez Valley and Santa Barbara. We work a 9/80 schedule, so every other Friday is a day off. We are offering compensation $20.00 - $25.00 DOE plus benefits.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking hardworking and dependable individuals to join our team as Roofing Apprentice and Laborers. In this role, you will assist our roofing crew with various tasks related to roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance. This is a physically demanding position that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the installation of various roofing materials.
Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites.
Clean and prepare work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
Assist with the removal of old roofing materials as needed.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule and to the highest standards of quality.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in roofing or construction preferred but not required.
Spanish and English speaking is a plus but not required.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
Valid driver's license is required for driving positions
