The new team member needs to be people-oriented with a caring personality and excellent telephone skills. Dental office experience required.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients.
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
- Verify insurance coverage.
- Collect patient information and update dental records.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.
