We are seeking energetic, experienced, reliable, and hospitable team members to join our General Store Team. You'll enjoy working in a fun, fast paced environment with great products and greater guests. Warm and friendly hospitality is a key requirement for this position. Job Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service assisting customers with their shopping experience
Processes customer purchases, perform general cleaning duties, stock shelves, and merchandise displays neatly
Operate espresso and soft-serve machine
Have fun enjoying the beach as you help our guests make lifetime memories.
Dillon Beach Resort sits on 55-coastal acres on the Marin-Sonoma County Line. Dillon Beach Resort consists of a mile-long private beach, fifteen tiny homes and cabins, a general store selling everything from eggs and milk to hand-crafted art pieces, and specialized merchandise, and our Coastal Kitchen serving local fare.
