Qualifications
Cannabis trimming experience preferred
Must adhere to working in a sober environment
Ability to sit or stand for long periods
Able to balance work quality and productivity to meet daily production goals
Detail oriented with a focus on quality and precision
Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
Capable of performing the same repetitive tasks daily (i.e. trimming mushrooms)
Responsibilities
Trim fresh mushrooms from substrate blocks, brush off substrate and pack into bins
Reseal mushroom bags and return to shelves
Select bags for refrigeration when the mushrooms are ready for harvest (no over or under done mushrooms)
Load fresh mushrooms onto dryer trays without damaging
Unload dry mushrooms from dry trays into storage bins
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Perform other duties as assigned (e.g. edible packaging projects)
Pay Structure
$8.50 per bag completed (harvested twice)
$25 per hour for hourly-based tasks outside of regular harvesting and drying
Schedule
Available for part time work
8 hour shift
2-4 shifts per week
