Granada Hotel & Bistro, a high end boutique hotel and restaurant in downtown SLO is hiring a Bar & Restaurant Manager. We are seeking a team oriented candidate with a passion for the hospitality industry and a minimum of two years experience bar tending. A knowledge of or interest in craft cocktails, and some management or supervisory experience is highly preferred. A strong knowledge of food and upscale service is a must. Must be hospitable, professional and dedicated, with the ability to lead other industry professionals. Candidates must have night, weekend and holiday availability.
