Bang the Drum Brewery is hiring a part time bar tender for week nights and weekends.
Beertenders/Servers
Job Requirements:
-Attention to detail to produce consistent, high-quality customer service
-Knowledge of menu
-Self-motivation to complete daily tasks before the doors open
-Time management skills to keep tasks and and avoiding wasting time
-Physical strength and stamina to spend long hours standing and performing repetitive motions
-Flexibility, since hours may vary and include weekends, evenings and holidays
Job Duties:
Provide excellent customer service.
Promptly and genuinely greet customers and explain menus.
Make suggestions based on their preferences.
Take and serve food/drinks orders.
Up-sell when appropriate.
Work the cash register.
Follow established procedures
Keep tables and bar clean and tidy at all times.
Clean as you go culture
Clean dirty dishes, glasses, and utensils throughout shift if needed or helpful
Replenish supplies including cleaning or washing dishes when needed.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar hall, patio, and other areas of the brewery.
Communicate with managers, team members and kitchen staff.
