Responsibilities: Identify client/influencer prospects with a history of or potential for business w/ BMA Study prospects’ business activities to identify opportunities for collaboration Streamline the marketing process Increase revenue and profitability through effective marketing strategies Optimize marketing budget allocation to maximize ROI Enhance digital marketing capabilities to reach target market Improve customer satisfaction through engaging in relevant marketing content Gather customer feedback & satisfaction scores Perform analytics on CRM data for customer insights Manage website & social media content Stay up to date on applicable government project opportunities Answer phone calls and messages from team and clientsBe flexible and jump into other areas of the business to support teams as neededRequired Qualifications: Minimum 3 years experience in marketing &/or a degree in Marketing Minimum 1 years experience working in the Engineering & / or Architecture industry Strong analytical and communication skills Proficient in digital marketing tools & platforms Proficient in social media management tools used for marketing Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Flexible / Growth-mindset Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Desired QualificationsFamiliar with Cal E-procure & FedBizOps Proficient in Teams and the Microsoft SuiteWhat we offer: At BMA, we encourage a healthy work/life balance and are dedicated to cultivating an excellent work atmosphere for our team.
