PAVING TEAM MEMBER
We are a Bay Area Paving / Concrete / Sealcoat Contractor looking for experienced, motivated and talented people to join our paving crew. The ideal candidates will be honest, confident, positive and enthusiastic about working on one of our successful paving teams.
Skills required:
Experience with paving processes & equipment.
Safely drive tool truck with trailer when necessary (if applicable)
Safely load, unload equipment when necessary
Maintain acceptable CA Class C driver's license with clean DMV record (or Class A)
Display safety consciousness, a strong work ethic, exceptional attitude & attendance traits
Work drug and alcohol free at all times, enforcing the companies drug and alcohol policy
Demonstrate team skills on an ongoing basis
Be available to work weekends and out of town when necessary
Able to lift 40 lbs.
We offer a sign on bonus (dependent on experience level) after 90 days of full time employment, as well as a referral bonus if you bring in another qualified applicant that is also hired and is employed for 90 days.
