We are currently seeking professional and flexible individuals to join our growing team of Front Desk/Concierge staff at the new Calamigos Guest Ranch in Malibu, CA.
Required Qualifications:
High School Degree or Equivalent Team player Customer Service experience Computer skills Flexible work hours Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Professional demeanor and positive attitude a MUST. Must be able to work 10:30pm-7am shift and work independently.
Responsibilities Include:
Completing the Night Audit process in our Property Management System (Resort Suite)
Inventory items in lobby
Checking Guests in and out
Settling Balance due
Answering phone and all Guest inquiries
Booking activities with Outside vendors
Sending Daily Reports to Management
Conducting Valet and Bellman services when those departments are not staffed
One stop shop for anything our Guests may need
