Seeking a dynamic positive receptionist/office assistant. Duties will include answering the phones, greeting clients/visitors, dropping off and picking up the mail, sorting through mail and scanning it in the system, and receiving, scanning and distributing faxes. Keeping waiting area and conference room in order, placing orders for supplies and putting them away, organizing and handling office lunches, etc. Must know how to use WORD or WORDPERFECT and be computer savvy. Experience in a law office a plus. However we will train the right candidate. Spanish speaking also a plus. Benefits available.
