Prefer you to have verifiable years of customer service experience but willing to train the right dedicated individual.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of this position are service based which will present new and diverse challenges daily. Duties include, but not limited to:

-Assisting with all areas of customer service

-Estimating

-Parts acquisition

-Posting of digital inspections with media tablet

-Completion of repair order processes and procedures

-Scheduling and dispatching of services
