Position
Apartment Complex- Property Manager/Leasing Agent for 80 unit complex (with housing)
40 hours per week FT status
Additional assistant tasks to Regional Manager assigned on occasion

Requirements
2+ years of property management experience is required
Must live on-site & work 40 hours M-F
Proficient in computers, software, accounting, rent collections, and leasing
Reliable transportation required for occasional travel to other properties/corporate meetings
Valid CA drivers license required
Must pass drug screening/background screening
Reliable cell phone
Travel Expectations
4-6 times per year travel to corporate events/meetings in Sacramento area
Occasional travel to other local Yuba City-Marysville properties

Reliable cell phone required
Ability to manage staff calls, tenant calls, and manage email communication promptly

2 years minimum in apartment management/leasing
