Position

Apartment Complex- Property Manager/Leasing Agent for 80 unit complex (with housing)

40 hours per week FT status

Additional assistant tasks to Regional Manager assigned on occasion

Specific Job Location

Yuba City

Requirements

2+ years of property management experience is required

Must live on-site & work 40 hours M-F

Proficient in computers, software, accounting, rent collections, and leasing

Reliable transportation required for occasional travel to other properties/corporate meetings

Valid CA drivers license required

Must pass drug screening/background screening

Reliable cell phone

Travel Expectations

4-6 times per year travel to corporate events/meetings in Sacramento area

Occasional travel to other local Yuba City-Marysville properties

Cell Phone/Communication/Email

Reliable cell phone required

Ability to manage staff calls, tenant calls, and manage email communication promptly

Skills/Experience & Responsibilities

2 years minimum in apartment management/leasing

Computer & software proficient

Data entry

Rent collection procedures

Move-in and out procedures

Statement of deposit proficient

Documentation protocols & notice preparation

Industry standard practices

Invoice & accounting

Resident relations

Vendor relations & follow-up

Project/Bid collection

Work-order, turnover, and maintenance management

Works well with others, ability to take direction

Works well independently, able to self-start & manage asset
