And we are seeking a full-time Dental Insurance and Treatment Coordinator / Front Office Admin to join our team
Dental experience is required Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of dental experience. You will be managing patient interactions and creating great patient experiences. Duties include but not limited to: answering the phone, greeting patients, verifying ins, posting and aging management of insurances, treatment presentations and treatment tracking, scheduling appointments, collecting fees, along with other front desk responsibilities. Must be dependable, trustworthy, initiative, self-motivated, great communication skills and organized. Attention to detail with speed is accuracy is imperative! Your role will be vitally important to keeping our practice running smoothly and maintaining our valued patients in the highest level of dental health.
Qualifications for Dental Ins and Tx Coordinator Include:
Exceptional People Skills/Customer Service
Knowledge of dental terminology and coding
Treatment presentation / treatment tracking and follow up
Insurance verification / Working knowledge of dental insurance
Insurance billing, posting, and aging management
Accounting / Payment collections
Knowledge of dental software, preferably Eaglesoft
Reliable / Fast Learner
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
