Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the General Manager in day-to-day operations, including staff management.
- Providing leadership and guidance to the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Assisting in training and developing team members to deliver outstanding service and uphold brand standards.
- Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Collaborating with the General Manager to implement strategies for business growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
