Local Mortgage Company is seeking part-time loan originators for Connecticut area to generate a pipeline of short-term borrowers. Our company arranges private funding (6 months - 1-year loans) for all types of investment properties, construction loans, urgent situations, and anything that is non-owner occupied. Our office staff will process all the needed items for all loans, leaving you with time to build a pipeline of loan prospects. We can handle any loan request in CT, MASS. and R.I area. Your responsibilities would be to connect with mortgage brokers and realtors anywhere in your area, in addition to connecting with other mortgage brokers, realtors, builders which will quickly build up your pipeline. If you have the ability to work effectively from your home office or wherever you function best, then that is acceptable. Part-time is acceptable which allows you to generate business/earn income in addition to your main occupation. We will also consider full-time originators if you are highly experienced.
