Looking to hire a chef or aspiring chef to cook a large meal once a week. I know there are apps and listings for personal chefs but none of them really fit what Im looking for. Heres what I had in mind:
1. You send over details of the meal ahead of time
2. You pick up groceries for what you need to cook
3. You come to my house and cook the meal, should serve 4-6
4. I pay for all the groceries + $100 per meal via venmo
If my kitchen doesnt work for some reason, you can cook in your kitchen instead but my goal here is for these meals to be prepared as fresh as possible and to avoid container waste. After I eat the meal, Ill put the rest in my tupperware and eat it over the week as leftovers.
As for cuisine, I'm not picky, but ideally the meals will be something that will save well in the fridge for a few days, so curries and rice dishes are good. Can't go wrong with protein + sauce. I'll discuss more of these details directly.
