Home Care/ Staffing Agency now hiring a Receptionist/ Admin Assistant to join our team. This is not a remote position.
Position Responsibilities:
- Answering Calls, Faxing, Filing, Email Monitoring Must be able to take detailed messages with strong customer service and documentation skills.
- Assist President and Clinical Management.
- Schedule replacement workers as needed and input scheduling information.
- Assist in communication with clients/ families on home attendant-related issues.
- Data Entry
- Healthcare Software Management
- Develop and maintain Spreadsheets

Qualifications:
- High School graduate
- Associate degree
- A minimum of 3 years of office experience. Home Care Office Experience a plus.
- Must be computer literate and able to maintain simple records in English.
Pre-employment testing is required.
If selected there will be a total of 2 interviews. The first one will be via zoom, then the second is an in-person interview at our location.
