We are seeking a Sous Chef for Bistro 245 at Opal Key Resort
As a Sous Chef, you would be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in all aspects of the food production, including food preparation. The Sous Chef should be able to take charge of preparing the food items, fry and/or stations or other areas in the kitchen. He/she is also responsible for maintaining the station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills.
· Manage and participate in daily restaurant culinary operations, to include, but not limited to, preparation and production of meals, supervision of food quality and presentation, compliance with all safety and sanitation standards and regulations, team member productivity and performance
Qualifications:
· Previous experience at a luxury hotel
· Excellent time management skills and attention to details
· Candidate must be proactive with a positive and strong work ethic
