We are an insurance agency in Cooper City looking to immediately fill the position of Licensed Insurance Customer Service Rep 440 (or 220) with strong experience in Personal and Commercial Lines. We are a 10-year old agency seeking for a responsible individual seeking security and stability.
Position Skills Requested:
-Exceptional organizational and communication skills (oral and written)
-Proficient in English and Spanish a must.
-Positive attitude with the ability to multi-task
-Knowledge of Windows 10, MS Office programs, and email related tasks
-Desire to learn and grow
The ideal candidate will be responsible, very organized, hardworking, open-minded, reliable and available to start immediately.
Duties include Telephone Customer Service, quoting personal and commercial lines, e-Filing/e-faxing/scanning may include preparing quotes of policy costs, explaining coverage, setting up insurance claims and suggesting the best insurance choices to customers. Ability to prioritize numerous tasks and manage multiple projects. Assist agents in anything they need.
