Nestled on 600 acres just north of State Road 70, Esplanade Golf and Country Club at Lakewood Ranch is a gated enclave of 1,250 detached villas and single family homes brings a touch of the Mediterranean to Southwest Florida with regional-inspired architecture, lush landscaping, serene lakes, and fabulous resort-style amenities that include a full-time lifestyle director who is located on site. Residents have use of on-site facilities, including a championship golf course, tennis, a heated lagoon-style pool and spa, resistance pool, outdoor barbeque space, fire pits, Pickle Ball and Bocce, as well as many dining options accessible by golf cart.
We currently have an opening for a part-time Lifestyle Specialist.
The Lifestyle Specialist meets and greets all members and guests who enter the Amenity Center to utilize any program or service offered by being alert and attentive to the activity in and around the Facility. The member or guest must feel he or she was greeted and noticed as a VIP upon entering.
Essential Position Functions:
Provides outstanding service to our members and their guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Greets all members and guests by name as they enter.
Must know and recognize all membership categories and guest credentials.
Must be knowledgeable regarding fitness activities and personal services.
Makes appointments in Personal Services.
Ensures all members and guests are logged in for the Member programs.
Essential Job Requirements and Skills:
Must be willing to work flexible morning, afternoon and weekend hours.
Must be computer literate with basic typing skills.
Must be able to open & close facility per the hours of operation.
Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
Must be able to do moderate physical activity and be able to stand up to five hours without sitting
Education and Trainings:
High School diploma
Familiar with computer software, Word, Excel
Fluent in English
Success Factors:
Individual should be well groomed in a conservative style.
Individual should have an outgoing personality
Highly motivated individual.
